Flooring Sales Consultant
Choices Flooring Mackay is a locally owned Mackay business looking for a new flooring Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be working from our North Mackay Showroom. Things are fast paced at the moment and there are exceptional opportunities for motivated consultants.
About the Job / Key Duties
Provide friendly and professional customer service from our Showroom, assisting customers with the purchase of a range of flooring products.
Attend in-home measures to confirm areas and floor preparation requirements.
Quote and project manage customer orders with the support of warehouse and administration team.
General in-store merchandising, pricing and tidiness duties.
Extensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Important Qualities We are Looking For
Applicants should possess the following skills:
Excellent customer service.
Customer centric sales focus with a desire to exceed sales targets.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Outgoing and forward personality suited to working within a fun team and engaging with customers on a daily basis.
Remuneration
Subject to industry and previous sales experience.
Clear pathway to changing to base salary + commission structure following initial training period.
