Daydream Island Resort
Builder: Amicus
Project Details: The refurbishment of Daydream Island Resort was one of our most exciting and largest projects to date. We worked with the client to supply and install new floor coverings across the resort. This included the installation of luxury vinyl and carpet across the 277 refurbished rooms and suites and the installation of a mix of luxury vinyl, broadloom carpet and carpet tiles across the Central Facilities including the Atrium Lobby, Mermaids Building, Transit Lounge, Kids Club and Underwater Observatory. As this was a renovation of the existing facilities, we worked with the client to carry out significant floor preparation including take-up, grinding and self-levelling across the resort.
Harrup Park Country Club
Builder: ICM Construction
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to supply and install custom Axminster carpet in the refurbished Bistro, Coffee Shop, Reception and Gaming areas. We worked with the client and club to co-ordinate our installation around the club’s operational needs.
Heart Hotel and Gallery Whitsundays
Client: Heart Hotel and Gallery Whitsundays
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to confirm a flooring selection to suit the boutique, upscale aesthetic and to service the needs of a busy hotel. We supplied and installed the carpet tiles to the 40 luxury guest rooms and hotel hallways.
Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas
Client: Vaughan Constructions Pty Ltd
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to supply and install custom Axminster carpet in many spaces throughout the hotel refurbishment including the Daintree Bar, Country Club, Conference & Function rooms and in the Mirage, Chairman and VIP suites. We worked with the designs to create feature and border work to create striking patterns in the corridors and central areas.
Mount Pleasant Early Learning Centre
Client: Ashmore Constructions Pty Ltd
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to supply and install over 900m2 of commercial sheet vinyl in the playrooms and common areas. We accented the vinyl with carpet tiles laid in patterns to create colourful and fun areas within the playrooms. We also supplied and installed the floor and wall vinyl to the bathrooms and wet spaces.
Icon Cancer Centre Mackay
Client: Cornerstone Building Developments
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to provide a range of services on the project. Firstly, the sub-floor preparation including; concrete grinding, the installation of a moisture barrier and self-levelling. We also supplied and installed a range of flooring products including: commercial vinyl, wall vinyl and commercial carpet tiles. We worked with the client to co-ordinate our installation team to fast-track completion.
Mackay Fire Station
Client: Woollam Constructions
Scope of Works: We worked with the client to install Tretford carpet tiles to the boardroom and office spaces and commercial vinyl to the kitchen and utility spaces.
My School Child Care & Kindergarten
Builder: WHF Group Pty Ltd
Scope of works: We worked with the client to install over 480m2 of Luxury Vinyl Plank in the centre’s playrooms. We also supplied and installed commercial safety to the bathrooms and supplied the wall tiles. We completed the project with the installation of commercial carpet tiles to the office areas.
The Dispensary
Scope of Works: We worked with the customer to prepare the floors and install new carpet tiles in the Restaurant and Dining Room. Product Featured // Dye Lab in Indigo 500 x 500.
